Approach

🎨 The technique

Each painting is created using the wash technique , mixing India ink and watercolor .
The works are painted on Arches 260g art paper , renowned for its quality and exceptional durability.
Available formats: from A4 to A2 , depending on the desired effect.

✏️ How to place an order?

1. Get in touch

Send me a message with:

  • The address of the house (if it's in Lille or the surrounding area, I can travel there)
  • Brief description of the house or place
  • Who will this painting be addressed to?
  • The desired format (A4, A3, A2)
  • With/without supervision
  • One or more reference photos
  • The approximate date by which you would like to receive your artwork

2. I advise you

I will reply quickly to confirm the date of completion and delivery , and advise you on framing , composition and choice of rendering (black and white or color).

3. Validation and deposit

Once the details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin the creation process.
The average turnaround time is 3 weeks (A4 and A3 formats), and up to 4 to 5 weeks for larger formats.

4. Delivery of your artwork

Before sending, I'll show you a photo of your painting.
After your approval, the remaining 50% is paid, then the artwork is carefully packaged and shipped.
If it's a gift, I can send it directly to the recipient , with a short personalized note.

Format 21x29.7 (A4) > 290 euros

30x40 format > 390 euros

📦 Prices include:

Standard Colissimo delivery (France and Europe)
The certificate of authenticity
The packaging was protected and careful.

Option: Colissimo with signature and insurance → +€18.

🚚 Delivery and guarantees

The works are shipped with the utmost care, well before the desired date.
However, I cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages related to postal transport.

If the package is damaged (folded, open…), do not accept the delivery and request that it be opened in front of the post office.
A photo of the package is always taken at the time of drop-off, as proof of sending.
Any potential reimbursement will depend on the insurance option chosen.

💡 Satisfaction Guarantee

Each work is the result of free and sensitive work: nothing is “programmed in advance”.
This is what makes each painting unique .

If, despite everything, the result does not meet your expectations, the two-step formula (50% upon order and 50% upon delivery) protects you, just as it protects the artist:

If you are not satisfied with the result after receiving the final photo, you do not pay the second installment .
The artist then keeps the painting, paid 50% for the time and work involved.
However, you keep a low-resolution digital version of the drawing as a record of the creation.

This guarantee ensures a relationship of trust and mutual respect .
